Shops Digital Ads is a digital advertising platform that allows businesses and individuals to publish promotional content on digital display screens installed in retail shops and commercial establishments.

Advertisement Submission

Advertisers may upload or submit advertisement content through the platform or any authorized channel provided by the company. All advertisements are subject to review and approval by Brando Digitech Pvt. Ltd.

Advertisement Approval

1. The company reserves the right to approve, reject, or modify any advertisement submitted on the platform.
2. Advertisement approval may take up to 48 hours after submission.
3. Advertisements that violate applicable laws, public policies, or platform guidelines may be rejected without prior notice.

Content Guidelines

Advertisers must ensure that their advertisement content:

• Is lawful and compliant with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
• Does not contain misleading, false, or fraudulent claims.
• Does not promote illegal activities, harmful products, or prohibited services.
• Is suitable for display in public places such as retail shops and commercial establishments.

The advertiser shall be solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the advertisement content.

Payment Terms

All advertisement campaigns must be paid in advance through the payment options available on the platform. The campaign will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Campaign Activation

Once the advertisement is approved and scheduled, it will be published on the available display network as per the selected campaign duration and package.

Cancellation Policy

Once an advertisement campaign has been approved and activated, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

1. If an advertisement is rejected by the company during the approval process, the advertiser may request a refund.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method.
3. No refund will be provided after the advertisement has been successfully published or displayed.

Display Network Limitations

Advertisements are displayed on screens located in independent retail stores. In rare circumstances such as power failure, internet issues, or display partner technical problems, advertisement display may be temporarily affected. The company may attempt to reschedule or recreate the campaign where possible.

Liability and Responsibility

Brando Digitech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any claims arising from the advertisement content. The advertiser agrees to indemnify the company against any legal claims, disputes, or damages resulting from the advertisement.

Compliance with Government Regulations

All advertisements must comply with applicable government laws, advertising standards, and regulatory guidelines in India. The company reserves the right to remove or suspend any advertisement that violates such regulations.

Platform Rights

Brando Digitech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:

• Modify advertisement policies at any time
• Suspend or terminate advertisement campaigns that violate the platform rules
• Update these terms and conditions without prior notice

Product Nature

The display screens supplied by the company are hardware devices intended for digital advertising display within retail environments.

Return Eligibility

Display hardware may be eligible for return or replacement only under the following conditions:

• The product received is physically damaged at the time of delivery.
• The product received is defective or not functioning during the initial installation stage.
• The delivered product is different from the confirmed order specifications.

Return Request Time

Any return or replacement request must be reported to the company within 48 hours of delivery of the display device.

The partner may be required to provide:

• Photographic evidence of the issue
• Installation report or technical verification

Replacement Process

If the issue is verified by the company or manufacturer, the product may be:

• Replaced with a new unit
• Repaired under warranty
• Sent to an authorized service center

The resolution method will depend on the manufacturer warranty terms and product availability.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Product damage caused after installation or usage
• Electrical damage due to voltage fluctuations
• Improper installation or mishandling
• Unauthorized repair or modification
• Change of mind after purchase

Warranty Service

After the initial return period, product issues will be handled under the manufacturer warranty and service terms, which may extend up to 3 years depending on the hardware model.

Shipping for Return or Service

In case a product needs to be returned for replacement or service, the logistics process may be coordinated by the company or the partner as mutually agreed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not applicable once the hardware has been delivered and accepted by the Display Partner.

Refunds may only be processed if:

• The product cannot be delivered
• The ordered hardware is unavailable

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

Brando Digitech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official website.

Display Hardware Purchase

Display Partners may purchase digital display screens directly from Brando Digitech Pvt. Ltd. for use within the Shops Digital Ads advertising platform. The purchased hardware will be used for displaying digital advertisements provided through the platform.

Hardware Pricing

The price of display hardware may vary depending on:

• Screen size
• Hardware specifications
• Brand or manufacturer
• Market supply conditions

Due to market fluctuations, hardware prices may change from time to time without prior notice. The final price applicable will be the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

Payment Terms

All hardware purchases must be paid in advance through the available payment options provided by the platform or company. The hardware order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Warranty Coverage

Each display device purchased from Brando Digitech Pvt. Ltd. will include:

• Manufacturer Warranty: Coverage provided by the original manufacturer as per their warranty terms.
• Company Warranty Support: The company will assist the Display Partner in coordinating warranty service with the manufacturer.

The standard warranty period for supported hardware is up to 3 years, subject to manufacturer warranty conditions.

Service Support

Brando Digitech Pvt. Ltd. may provide technical assistance for the installation, configuration, and operation of the display device within the Shops Digital Ads platform.

Service support may include:

• Remote technical assistance
• Basic troubleshooting guidance
• Coordination with service centers where applicable

Warranty Limitations

Warranty coverage does not apply in the following cases:

• Physical damage caused by mishandling or accident
• Damage caused by electrical fluctuations or improper installation
• Unauthorized repair or modification
• Natural disasters or external environmental damage

In such cases, repair costs may be borne by the Display Partner.

Returns and Refunds

Hardware purchases are generally non-refundable once the device has been delivered or installed.

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

• Hardware cannot be delivered due to operational limitations
• The product is unavailable after payment confirmation

In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

Ownership of Hardware

The display hardware purchased by the Display Partner becomes the property of the Display Partner after successful payment and delivery. However, the usage of the device within the Shops Digital Ads platform must comply with the platform's terms and policies.

Platform Usage

The purchased display hardware may be used to run advertisement campaigns provided through the Shops Digital Ads platform and other permitted content as defined by the company policies.
