If you are publishing an advertisement, Shops Digital Ads Company will have all the rights to approve or reject the advertisement. The approval time period will be 48 hours from the campaign creation time.
The advertisement displayed in a public place must adhere to our content standards. Otherwise, the advertisement will be rejected.
You cannot cancel your advertisement once it is live, and no refund will be given after the advertisement is live.
You can view your running advertisement in the Shops Digital Ads mobile app. If you wish to see it live, you can visit the specified location.
If your advertisement is rejected due to company policy, you will receive a refund within 7 working days.
If the display owner does not run your ad, the company will return the money or allow campaign recreation as per norms.
As per Municipal Corporation rules, video advertisements must be stable for 10 seconds for outdoor and standee displays.
If any misbehaved message is forwarded from your advertisement, the sender will be fully responsible.
If any misbehavior is noticed after your advertisement is live and legal action occurs, the company will support the process.
Campaign rates may change anytime. Existing live campaigns will not be affected.
Any government compliance updates will be implemented immediately.
The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
